With over three decades of senior management experience in consumer products, custom products, manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, and services; Tom has a proven track record utilizing strategic and tactical planning to set the course, attain, and effectively support corporate growth. With these communications and team building abilities, Tom has generated a motivated, single-focused workforce, producing performance, goal-based accomplishments and successes.Tom has a broad based background, working for public companies, family owned businesses, as well as, owning a successful turn-around enterprise in Connecticut. He made three acquisitions and transitioned a fourth. In addition to being the Director of Operations here at All Star, Tom has previously been a General Manager, VP/Managing Director, President/Owner, and a National Sales & Marketing Manager. When not at work he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family, utilizing his summer beach cottage on the Connecticut shoreline that has been enjoyed by six generations.
